Operations Manager

Reem’s Hospitality Group (RHG) is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team and help steward our multi-unit restaurant group into its next chapter of growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational, and operational skills to ensure that managers and worker-owners have what they need to run profitable and sustainable businesses, staying true to Reem's mission and values.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of hospitality management experience
✅ Strong financial acumen (budgeting, P&L, open-book management)
✅ Experience with multi-unit operations and building SOPs
✅ HR knowledge, leadership development, and staff training expertise

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations (retail, wholesale, catering)

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency

  • Support managers with HR, compliance, training, and leadership development

  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics to drive profitability

  • Manage and troubleshoot administrative systems, technology, and vendor relationships

  • Ensure facilities, equipment, and sales channels (POS, delivery, etc.) run smoothly

  • Foster a values-driven culture rooted in accountability and collective governance

Compensation & Benefits
$85,000–$95,000 salary (commensurate with experience)

Catering and Events Coordinator

Reem’s Hospitality Group (RHG) is seeking a part-time Catering & Events Coordinator to help grow and manage our catering and events program across the Bay Area. This role combines sales, client relations, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a people person who thrives on building relationships, loves hospitality, and has a knack for details and logistics. This is a hybrid job with a base line of 15-20 hours plus more for events, as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years in catering, events, or hospitality coordination
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skill
✅ Comfortable with sales and motivated by a commission-based structure
✅ Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends to be present at events

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for catering clients and inquiries

  • Grow catering revenue through client outreach, partnerships, and follow-ups

  • Prepare customized menus, quotes, invoices, and event orders

  • Coordinate catering logistics, delivery, and on-site execution as needed

  • Support Reem’s participation in festivals, pop-ups, and curated internal events

  • Maintain accurate records, track sales, and report on catering revenue

Compensation & Benefits
$25/hour + 5% commission on catering sales closed

Wholesale Bakery Manager

We are looking for a Wholesale Bakery Manager to oversee our wholesale operations at our new flagship location in Jack London Square. The Wholesale Bakery Manager will lead a new team to produce and package our wholesale products at our flagship bakery in Jack London Square for both external clients (grocery and food service) and internal (JLS restaurant and  future Reem’s locations). They are responsible for improving and increasing production of our current and future wholesale products, while maintaining the quality and standardization of our products. This job is perfect for a seasoned bread baker who wants to take their career to the next level with a growing enterprise.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years in culinary operations management, with expertise in wholesale bakery production
✅ Strong business and financial acumen, including proven P&L management experience
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Self-motivated, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
✅ Committed to upholding Reem’s core values in daily operations
✅ Able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed
✅ Conversational Spanish strongly preferred
✅ Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on their feet for extended periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure  smooth, efficient, and financially sound operations of our wholesale program.

  • Design systems, tools, and procedures for streamlining production and producing consistent quality product efficiently. 

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and high quality kitchen that is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.

  • Hire and onboard; train and develop bakers, based on needs of production and financial feasibility.

  • Ensure staff adhere to Reem’s values and quality standards,

  • Managing wholesale accounts to effectively execute wholesale orders on a daily basis.

  • Continuously improve and keep quality of recipes, order lists, and inventory updated.

  • Support research and development of new products, based on growth and market demand

Compensation/Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience, ($75,000-$85,000) with an increase coinciding with a significant rise in volume of production (t.b.d);
